Australian Tunnelling Society Short Course 2024, Quarry Day* and St Barbara’s Day Dinner*

The ATS Short Course 2024 is a multi-day event, designed to provide an introduction to the world of tunnels. The course is targeted at young tunnellers, new entrants to the tunnelling market, senior engineers looking to refresh their knowledge across multiple disciplines and others looking to upskill.

The short course content will closely align with the latest edition of the ATS Tunnel Design Guide recently updated in 2022 and is a must for tunnelling professionals.

The ATS Short Course 2024 will be held from November 27th – November 29th in Brisbane.

As well as the two-day short course delegates are invited to book for the Quarry Day (29th November) at Mount Coot-Tha and the St Barbara’s Day dinner (28th November) which provide both fantastic onsite demonstrations and a great networking event to meet the speakers and industry colleagues respectively.

* Note that both the Quarry Day and St Barbara’s Day dinner will require separate bookings, but priority will be given to Short Course delegates.
